DR Trip

I have been home now for a week. My trip turned out to be such an eye-opening experience. We were able to complete a concrete roof on a part of the church, paint the inside and outside, worship with 210 women and just love on the children. The kids were what made the trip for me, to just see there faces and how strong they are is just inspiring. The pastors there are creating such an amazing feeling and the GO staff was totally awesome.

I came home and took inventory on my life. I have SO much and they have so little and yet I still complain and want more. What is wrong with me? My heart ached to go back for about a week and then I realized it wasn't in the cards right now. God has more in store for me here. There is another trip going next summer, I will definitely be there.
I am back into the hustle and bustle of life. Work is always there, we are certifying in color in four weeks. We get to join twenty new future professionals to our floor in a week. That will be so much fun to see their excitement and skill levels.
I got to spend time with E and L on Monday. They are getting so big. Lucas is talking so much more and Ethan is getting more gusty. Lucas climbed up the ladder for the slide and just went straight down, and you turn around and he's on top of the picnic table. He is just too fast. Ethan just loves the swing and being with you.
This weekend a bunch of us are visiting some more haunted houses and getting ready for the big one at the end of the season. I cannot believe they rope me into going, but I do!
